The venue is fairly clean and big with helpful staff members. Warm and non-smoking room with fairly clean bathroom. Easy check-in.

We really enjoyed staying at Royal Congress. You should definitely explore Solomjanskyj district, it's worth it. Employees of the hotel were loyal.

We appreciated our time here. Planned to see Kiev major attractions and it was decent base for visiting all of them. Overall the room was good and the beds were nice.

Rooms were comfortable, they met needs well. Ogogo Cafe, set within 15 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Perfect place for your holidays in Kiev;))
