The place is hip new and low-budget. Got above average breakfasts with water or juice and juice, as for instance.

The venue is fairly clean and big with helpful staff members. Warm and non-smoking room with fairly clean bathroom. Easy check-in.

We really enjoyed staying at Royal Congress. You should definitely explore Solomjanskyj district, it's worth it. Employees of the hotel were loyal.

Rooms were comfortable, they met needs well. Ogogo Cafe, set within 15 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Perfect place for your holidays in Kiev;))
